Engineering Project Manager  TEC seeks experienced Design and Professional Engineers with Project Management skills to join our staff.  If you have 3-10 years experience in Land Development, can lead a project to completion, and want to work in a progressive environment, you are clearly our candidate.

Title Researcher  TEC seeks experienced Title Researcher to join our staff. If you have 3 or more years experience in title research and examination, would like to expand your research experience to include water rights title experience, and want to work in a progressive environment, you are clearly our candidate. Job responsibilities would include in-depth title research and analysis to determine proper title and water rights, completion of state forms and abstracts to update title, ability to identify title defects, and ability to report your findings in a clear and precise manner. Frequent travel to various government agencies is required and a reliable auto and clean driving record are necessary. THis position requires the ability to consistently lift heavy research books (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods of time.
